One of the main attractions of the walking tour was the visit to the fish market. Not only was there an impressive display of all sorts, but the skills of the fish-filleters were something to behold. I have never seen such well-honed skills on display...More

There was nothing much to see. We went as we had time to kill. It's just beside the vegetables and fruits market which has nothing much as well.

After spending time on (on under) the sea, you can see the fishes up close. Tunas, Palamidas, Barracudas and more, are on display. You can see the fishing boats and the fishermen unloading them, and even buy fish for your next meal.

It’s a smaller fish market but it was interesting to walk through. Surprisingly not that smelly compared to others.

There is nothing much to see. However, we were able to glimpse the every life of maldivians. It's a great side trip. I recoomend to take the city tour than killtime in the airport.
