Its artificial. Simple as that. And in holidays and afternoons, the beach is so much crowded, you'd feel better is fish market of Thailand! The newly built rasfannu beach is better than this one.

Although Maldives is itself an island country, but Male' city is a concrete jungle. This one is a small artificial Beach in Male' City. A good attraction for people in Male'.

Artificial Beach is a small beach in Male city and is not really well maintained. Can be see if one has time to spare since there are not many activities in the city.

It's a man-made beach. Looks like a real beach overlooking the city and the ocean. Nice to have a look and walk around if you have plenty of free time.

Rather crowded. Artificial beach at one end of the main road in Male. Most are swimming fully clothed. Can see the currently being constructed China - Maldives Friendship Bridge linking the airport to Male beyond the sea.

It’s very very small and lots of trash around the beach. Not worse to spend time to go but still can hav a look since the island has nothing to do

Terrible sewage problem ,all women fully clothed totally controlled by allah never again . Filthy dunghole nothing artificial more like biodegradeable

A nice and breezy spot to people watch. Older men were hapilly swimming here; fully clothed of course. Not sure how clean the water was; though it looked crystal clear
