Lack of information in oceanarium + some big fish in very small tanks... Antarctic exhibition lacked sufficient content... Jellyfish room all very same same. Whole place felt a bit dreary really. Just seemed a bit sad...

My family and I have been visiting this place since it opened almost 10 years ago. It's a fun place to visit and very informative, especially if you have kids. My niece always learned more about ocean life from here. But the downside here is that the maintenance seems to be on the decline; the place is starting to smell... More

Ocean Park' service was better the first time I visited the place. This is the reason why I brought my balikbayan friends this year. I was quite disappointed with the current service. They lack staff to explain their exhibits especially in the garden. There are aslo some portions of the park that are not properly maintained.

The developers of this property should feel the summer heat of the Philippines even for just a day to find out what visitors go through. I got my tickets in air-conditioned comfort as a hotel checked-in guest and the comfort ended there. The mall where one comes into after buying a ticket and expect to get some respite from the... Did an online booking but registration instruction to still fall in line, only to be told after 45mins that ours is to get straight ahead to reservation office! So frustrating and waste of time. Sea Lion's trainers should prepare and practice more, presentation is short 15mins and it's not worth waiting. I love the Oceanarium and Jellyfish! Needs improvement, tourist... More

This place is huge and a great eye opener. From the very funny sea lions to the amazing jellyfish and the huge fish tanks. But the best for me was the fish that eats the dead skin from your legs and feet...these fish are massive compared to the usual ones. A great place to visit and recommended.

Overall, my visit with my friend and sister was okay but I think the management needs to check on every part of the place for proper and up to date maintenance. Some areas were quite dirty. And it's easy to get lost which would likely waste your time.

Very nice aquarium that is the main attraction. The sea lion, birds of prey and water symphony are also worth the admission. I was a bit disappointed that the Arctic adventure had changed and was no longer a sub-zero room where they issued you cold weather coats while you were in there, but still a great place to visit. Stay... More
