For as far as you can see, there are men, women and children sleeping along the bay wall. Very sad and not scary but very sad. Hope things get better there soon!! Wonderful people.

The part of the bay I saw was filled with floating trash. I was not impressed. There must be a more picturesque part.

The bay can be cleaner but it has dramatically improved compared to the past. Sometimes they close one road on Roxas Boulevard and it serves as a great jogging path.

I enjoyed great views of Manila Bay and spectacular sunsets from my hotel room at the diamond hotel. However if you walk along the corniche you will get a depressing view of all the plastic and other garbage floating in the water and strewn along...More

We sailed out of Manila on a cruise ship and the view of the city was great. It provided some great photo opportunities.

How far away is this bay from where the cruise ships port. Will there be taxis at the port to take us around town. Can we rent a car to drive ourselves around. Any suggestions would be helpful.
