Calm and fresh air,, lots of trees,, love the breeze.. In a place full of toxic people,, its nice to know that there's a place you can go to and just hide. Hahaahah!

This is a nice place to go to. If you need a break from your job, or if you are stressed, la Mesa eco park can really help relieve the stress. The air is fresh good for walking and strolling.

Went there with my friends and church mates for our team building and I should the place was decent. Good for team building. They have different activities for you and you can prepare your own If you want cause its spacious!! Good for biking too!!
