The facility is clean. Very educational. Both of my children loved being there. This was my second time in six months. Its going to be a routine visit for every trip to the area.

To my knowledge there is no place to dock a boat to go and visit the fort. The Coast Guard base is on one side and open beach on the other with no dock.
