One of the highlights of our trip. Even better than Kalahari Resorts Poconos waterpark part. We went on a rainy day, but still had a fabulous time. The vending machines at the back of the hatchery has 50 cent and $1 fish pellets. Bring one...More

This is a great place to take in nature- not far from the busy highway but secluded too. The fish are always hungry! Be sure to walk toward the far end to purchase fish food from the vending machine or visit the small wildlife center...More

Take your children, your grandchildren, kids you don't even know, they'll love it. Live fish that the kids can feed and enjoy!

We watched a red tail hawk dive into the creek and fly away with a large trout in its talons - an amazing sight to see. Outstanding start to walking path along Cedar Creek. A true gem hidden in the center of Lehigh Valley.

Interesting watching the fish swim and you can buy food pellets at the general store. They have picnic benches for snacking so bring a picnic basket. Also have a nice trail to walk along the creek where we saw kids swimming in the water.

I am sure you can buy bulk food at various stores locally to your area if the hatchery cannot. Also, look at koi pond websites, they have a multitude of options.

The hatchery is free, however if you want to feed the fish there is a cost for that :)
