Get out and stretch your legs, go for a swim in Barton Springs, take a free yoga class or a round of disc golf, Zilker Park has it all

We have been bringing our kids and grandkids here for 50 years, and the experience just gets better and better. Be sure to take the train ride.

Beautiful park with extensive walking trails. WE loved watching the kayakers and turtles sunning on logs.

Loved wading into the water & taking pictures here. We discovered it on a day with ominous clouds rolling in, so we didn't stay long, but the photos we took were remarkable & we all thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

I have been in Zilker Park a number of times after dark and have seen no reason to be concerned, however its a very large park near a big city, consequently I would advise all due caution
