The multi-phased Domain development is anchored by Neiman Marcus, Macy's, Dillard's and Dick's Sporting Goods and also offers more than 800 residential units and ample Class A office space, in addition to three on site hotels - Westin Austin at The Domain, Lone Star Court by Valencia Group and Aloft Austin. I enjoyed shopping here after struggling to find parking on a weekday in the afternoon. The higher end stores were very nice and the shopping grounds are well maintained. Getting out of the complex area and back to the interstate was a challenge due to only stop signs and having to yield to service road traffic speeding. I almost got... More

A wide variety of shops within walking distance of each other. Well lit and secure (noticed security personnel during our three night stay in the area). Lots of restaurants covering numerous cuisines and price ranges (including quite a few food trucks scattered throughout the area). I made the mistake of parking near Whole Foods thinking the first building I saw was the domain... but it was just one building inside of the domain! I walked around for nearly an hour realizing what I came for was literally down the road! Haha People keep referring... More

Came here on a lazy warm afternoon where I felt like just window shopping, having the odd snack, coffee, and later dinner. Perfect change from all the malls you tend to find in Texas. It's all very much streets of shops, with the occasional café or restaurant mixed up in there. Very nice concept in the States, as it returns... More

Nice strip mall. Had stores that are not available in my area, so was nice to see new things. Love that it is pry friendly and has an outdoor playground for children.

Just outside Austin, there's a little gem called The Domain. This is an outdoor type mall area chocked full of wonderful shops from high end, Coach, Neiman Marcus, Apple & Microsoft, Anthropologie, Lucky Brand Jeans to fun places like Papyrus, Sur la Table, Loft, JCrew, & Sperry. Multiple great eating places too - so lots to walk around and see.... More

Love this area. We stayed at a hotel in the Domain during our visitor Austin. Great spot! Restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. Highly recommend this area as a home base when visiting Austin.
