Great experience we rented a double kayak for an hour. Went under the bridge which end up being our favorite lay out spot and you could hear the bats there too. They sell water bottles too and don't forget to apply sunscreen. Can't remember the price exact but being from south padre island, where water sports are so over priced... More

Recommended for a family with young kids wanted to have an out door day with activities. The good destination after you rented a kayak is the other side of Barton Springs Pool, here you can swim in the crystal clear water.

Great service and fun experience - highly recommend. They have double kayaks for those with kids and they sell water bottles and hats on site, which was very helpful. Friendly staff were very helpful!

Great to get on the river for some afternoon kayaking. Congress Avenue Kayaks provided us the opportunity. Fun and easy.

Very easy to get to from downtown hotels. Rates are reasonable. Service was great. Provide cubbies for belongings and ziplock bags for phones. 👍

And we still call it Town Lake as well, this Lady Bird Lake. Thank you for letting us know how we're doing and that it was easy to get to from the nearby hotel. Please return and let us know where we can make the paddle more enjoyable. Thanks again. More

We had a blast. The prices for a two person kayak were $20 for 2 hours ($40 for 4 hours). The kayaks are the sit on top type though.

Fun day out on Ladybird Lake renting a double kayak. Perfect weather. Parking is a bit difficult but that's Austin.

The weather during our mid-February trip to Austin was - by local accounts - unseasonably warm. So we decided on a whim to get out onto the water. We showed up about 90 minutes before closing time and found quite a queue of similarly-minded folks. The friendly staff worked through the line and extended the return deadline for the late... More
