Upscale artisan sales. Jam night on Thursday was very local in nature. BBQ dinner was mediocre. Nice venue and an interesting place to spend the evening. Very casual. Seemed to be a place for senior locals to gather.

There are the most beautiful crafts for sale here made by locals and 85% of the proceeds stays in the area. The restaurant features locally grown food and is excellent as is the service. It is certainly with stopping.

Art and crafts from Appalachian artisans. Nice facility with a variety of crafts. However the prices were rather high. The snack bar was good but not exceptional.

Arrived for a late lunch after driving through torrential rain for hours. Interesting modern spacious dining area with multiple light offerings on the menu. Great service, quality and presentation of my selections.

We didn’t go to a mall, but to this lovely museum/arts and crafts venue. From the first favorable impression of the architecture thru the galleries and eating lunch in the restaurant, this was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience. We highly recommend it.

Sorry I am from NY. This is an isolated area of Virginia. Looks like Charlotte or Raleigh, NC are the nearest airports.
