Haven't went inside but the building is nice and the memorial to 9-11 deaths is nice. If your in the area stop by the memorial.
First off the place is hard to find from the mall. Had to ask a lot of people. Tour is more talk than show. Walking down a hallway is no big deal.. You see nothing great.
We visited the outside of the building. We did not get to go inside, but had a friend explain the design and purpose of the building to us. Very cool!

Very well organized. Lots of step involved before you can join the tour but it is well worth the effort. A simple yet fascinating building.
