The best thing about this is that it's so plain for someone of JFK's stature. It's obviously very busy with all the tours stopping by but we managed to get a couple of minutes where there was just the 2 of us so be patient.

A lovely location for burial. Nice to see. Also located in a sunny position. Be prepared to be hot. Bring water.

How often do you get to visit the grave a president? This grave was on our small list of things we wanted to see and I was happy we did. There’s nothing exciting about it. Just a beautiful grave site for a family we all...More

This is a beautiful spot in the cemetery and a wonderful resting place for one of our greatest presidents.

First time here, not only JFK, RFK and Jackie. Always a large crowd, just be respectful and wait for people to move, they will.

An appropriately respectful and understated gravesite for JFK. Should definitely be part of your visit to Arlington National Cemetery. It is reasonably close to the visitor center / entrance and therefore not a very long walk to get there. The location is clearly marked on...More

The memorial site is at the peek of a hill overlooking Arlington National Cemetery. JFK is buried next to his wife and two of their children. Bobby Kennedy is just off to the left side. You are required to be silent and respectful although some...More

Being of an age, I remember watching the funeral of John F. Kennedy. Since that terrible day, the burial site has been enlarged and made more impressive, but the eternal flame lit that day continues to burn. It's a long walk through Arlington National Cemetery...More

Glad to see the respect given to past presidents and the respect from visitors at the site. I thought this was impressive.

This gravesite makes one reflect, acknowledge and think. Think about how much a person contributes and what could have been had he lived longer. Excellent site to visit while at ANC. I recommend the tour tram unless you are a walking person.

Depending on where you are staying you can take a cab or other means of public transportation. There is a shuttle that you can get tickets right at the main entrance. It is a HOHO set up and they provide more than enough... More

No there is no cost. There are many other graves worth visiting as well. It is a very reverent place to be.

If you are very fit you certainly can walk anywhere especially the cemetery, but if you have any doubts look for transportation. It can be very warm depending on the season.
