We didnt expect too much from this place. It was inexpensive, disorienting fun for 15 mins or so. We were disappointed that they refused a military discount for a vet, but whatever. No need to return, once was enough anyways.

Definitely a tourist trap, but worth a visit. My husband and I found it hilarious. Tour guide was a little cheesy but definitely entertaining. Don't do it if you are honestly looking for anything groundbreaking. Don't expect anything amazing- just go into it with a...More

Okay, so maybe it is a tourist trap--but it's a fun one. Campy. Engaging. Fun for kids. Suspend your reason and take the plunge. You'll have laughs for days to come.

I have been to many Mystery Spots across the USA and this one is by far the worst. The "tour" is MAYBE 15 minutes long at the most, and the place certainly has not been updated or improved since the 70's. My biggest criticism is...More

My friend, Allison, & her two sons and I rounded the bend on our way to Hawks Nest State Park and saw this quirky little roadside attraction. We backed up and grabbed a tiny piece to park along the road. To our disappointment, the tiny...More

We stopped at the Mystery Hole while on a road trip through West Virginias back roads. We came on it suddenly around a bend and doubled back because we got a good laugh at the structure. The staff was great and the presentation was fun....More

Mystery Hole tour was short but was fun. After years of driving by and not stopping my family thought it was time to check it out. $7.00 admission was a little steep but the uniqueness of the room that defied gravity made it easier to...More
