I stopped on my way from Ohio to Charlotte and was pleasantly surprised by these falls. The drive from the highway is definitely harrowing, especially in the snow when the road hasn't been salted yet. Eads Mill Rd is a one-lane, unlined road that is well-paved but can be steep and has many blind curves. The locals drive fast so... More

This was a very nice surprise. Traveling through coal country was a little depressing and we needed a little pick-me-up. Brush Creek Falls was the answer. Go in the morning as the lighting is much better for photos.. It is a real easy walk to the falls. Just watch the rocks and roots. We hiked on down the creek almost... More

Short walk .25. The pathway is very uneven lots of big rocks and tree roots. Very slick when wet. Access to get close to the falls is a very steep path down the hillside. You can view the falls from the walkway.

Beware of using your gps to find these falls! You will be taken up a mountain that requires a 4x4 and no room to turn around! Go to the website and just follow the directions listed once you are off the interstate. Once we found the falls they were amazing and a fairly easy hike to get there.

This is one of my favorite places to go when I'm in town! The hike to get to the waterfalls is very easy and gorgeous along the way.

Nice place for nature lovers. Very short walk/hike from the parking area. A very nice but much smaller fall by the name of "White Creek Falls" is about 45 min - 1hr &15min hike beyond Brush Creek Falls. The trail splits onto two once your close to White Creek Falls. You can either take the upper path to the top... More

Brushcreek Falls is about 40 minutes outside of Princeton W.V. You can reach it by taking 77 and getting off at Camp Creek or through Athens and taking Camp Creek/ Speedway Rd just pay attention it can sneak up on you. A picnic area sits at the start of the trail, easy to walk and I've been told a good... More

I have been going to Brush Creek Falls ever since I guess probably the 9th grade back in the seventy's late sixties. It is a very beautiful place it also is a great place to swim. And it is true that if you will pass the first path and go to the second one, it is much much easier. It... More

Visited here on a tip from a ranger in Pipestem state park. It was a fun place to explore and play around at. Some locals jumped off the top into the water but I wasn't ready for that. We did swim at the bottom and the top was safe enough to walk around on and explore. Really cool!
