There is a fantastic map that you can pick up here that has all the sights and bits of history and facts, as well as eating recommendations and some discounts for certain spots. I visited there on Nov 7th 2016 and was served by 3 women. All them were extremely helpful and gave clear, concise information and directions in easy to follow English. I was given 2 free English maps and because of their help I was able to go to 2 off the beaten track destinations. Overall excellent service

I came here a couple of times on a recent visit to Kamakura. The staff all spoke English and w're able to help with all of my questions, offering personal opinions and experience as well. The have a superb map of Kamakura which every visitor should make use of. The location in the station is perfect.

This pleasant duo conveniently located in the train station, worked hard at understanding and speaking English. They provided clear accurate directions to attractions in the area as well as an English map.

Recommend to stop by Enoshima before Kamakura. You get to see the fishing town, Ocean view and lighthouse. On the train ride to Kamakura, you get to see... More
