Pedra Furada is a wonderful rock formation the result of thousands of years of wind and water erosion. It’s worth the walk and it’s a great photo opportunity but be prepared to queue up in an orderly fashion to wait your turn.

Pedra furada is a very nice place to go except the huge amount of people that go there, the walk is worth for those who appreciate a good view. Try very early times

There are a few ways to get to the Pedra Furada. We walk along the beach slowly and took us one hour from the Jericoacoara beach. Make sure you leave early (around 8:30) to take advantage of the tide. Leaving this time you don't need...More

By "Buggui", horse or foot, you can arrive at Pedra Furada. A famous beautiful rock formation by the beach. It's interesting, but not really exciting.
