The entire population, need to know their origins. Our state dominates the savannah. A vegetation resistant to high temperatures. Different and delicious fruit. The museum teaches visitors the details of the cerrado. Incêdios prevention in the cerrado. It is on the campus of PUC-GO. The univiersidade guides people about how to save the savannah.

This place has a lot to offer in terms of history, culture and nature! You find a nice lake in the entrance where you can spot big fishes: I was told the big was called Bagre and it looks like a baby shark on water as its dorsal fin is big! The museum has a lot of indigenous history which... More

Very well structured, it's a nice place to go with children to show animals, plants and all the history of Cerrado's ecosystem.

If you want to know about the Cerrado Bioma, minerals, animals, vegetation, people and culture this is the spot! A guided visit on a cientific complex where you'll understand why Brazilians from Cerrado are so proud of all the beauty and wealth they found here.

It may be classified as a local museum, sharing some pieces from central Brazil cultural aspects. Liked the reconstitution of old houses from inner cities, and the native Brazilians (indians) habbits and housing. Food courts are poor.
