Nice place, it has a free access so nobody should complain if not satisfied. But anyway the visit is very interesting so we recommend to visit it.

Some interesting historic exhibits and currency history. There is very little detail in English only the odd this, which made it feel a little random. It’s free to enter.

There's a lot of information here however as Ouro Preto is a UNESCO site and has a lot of tourists the lack of languages really let's this place down

This is only a personal opinion but this museum was ok but all in Portuguese so it was hard for me to understand ... but it's free compare to so many other places in Ouro Preto
