We’d been to Buzios before and while they say “you can’t go home again” you can here. We were here in 2012 and recently returned. Still a beautiful, quaint part of Brazil. Highly recommend a visit. Loads of good restaurants, shops, water activities really lovely.

To get a good Búzios vibe you need to walk through Orla Bardot boardwalk at sunset or at night, where you'll be able to experience all the charm and joyous atmosphere, while enjoying the view of the ocean. Also, there's an amazing ice cream shop...More

Buzios was a stop on our cruise, where we were tendered into the port where we could immediately begin walking the boardwalk with sandcastles, bronze statutes of Bardot, fishermen, and a former President. Unfortunately, it was raining, but we still did it and got soaked....More

Two Antarctica Ceveia Pilsen were deliciously cold on a hot day, and to sit and watch the world pass by , what could be nicer. 20 Rials for two 473ml glasses. Perfection

Recent repairs and tree planting have brought the orla back up to proper "cidade de charme" standard. Go early if you don't want to stand in line for a photo with Brigitte!

Can be accessed straight from where the cruise ship tenders. A stroll along here sees you pass several bronzes one of Brigette Bardot, one three fishermen and a final one of a previous president who use to live in the house opposite (now a resturant)....More

Starting our journey northwards our first stop was Buzios, likened to St Tropez, probably due to the association of Brigitte Bardot back in the 60’s when she came here to escape the paparazzi with her Brazilian boyfriend. I fell in love with the small fishing...More

Pleasant place to stroll in the evening. Good for people watching, dining and drinking caipirinhas at sunset.
