White sand beach with quite shallow calm water. Walk a few hundred metres to the left across the river & water is deeper & warmer Road access is rough. Reasonable food & drinks available at 2 very basic "cafes"

Great place for swimming and you can take boats to Saco do Mamamgua'. Bars are just OK... Great for children or people that can not swimm as the water is so shallow.

Love this beach so quiet and beautiful and great to swim in the small lake at the back the bus there is a bumpy one but well worth it
