if you go to sugarloaf you go to claudio coutinho trail. You'l have the mountain by one side and the sea in the other. Just beautiful. A walk about 3 km. Nice indeed.

The area is totally safe, provided that it is a military one. You cannot climb up the Sugar Loaf, unless you are a mountain climber.
