Lovely building with collections set up nicely. From medieval Italian to impressionists to modern art. More affordable shop than many art museums. The sculpture garden looked lovely and peaceful (heavy rain so only looked at it)

Spent several hours walking through the exhibits. They have a very extensive Wedgwood pottery exhibit along with a good collection of artwork.

You have to go quarterly to keep in touch with the ever changing exhibits in the galleries. The Birmingham Museum of Art is a bright spot everyone needs to see.

Our reception was held at the Birmingham Musuem of Art. While walking around, there are so many paintings and art deco to enjoy. I would like to go back with less people and spend more time just enjoying the beautiful pieces.
