We went during the low season so everything was closed. We ate at a family run pseudo restaurant. No menu really. They just served us handpulled noodles with a vegetable mix as topping. Very fresh. We were also served their own raisins and some bread...More

It doesn't matter how it is supposed to be spelt, it was a wonderful walk about to discover local culture, old buildings, deserted areas, beautiful cemeteries and grape vineyard. Get lost but try to be safe.

Save a couple of hours to wander through this ancient village. not too many people live here, but the architecture is wonderful. You can also treat yourself to a Uyguhr lunch served in a cool patio which shades you from the noon day sun.

Toyuk means dangerous. The village is called dangerous because it is at the foot of a mountain and when it rains, the village could get flooded. Even though there was not a lot to see in the village, we enjoyed walking around to see the...More

The village is very ruined and there is trash everywhere. It was interesting to see the ancient village, but there were barely any people living there and there really isn't so much to see.
