Took a quick trip via motorcycle from Baska to Vrbnik. Quiet in October, but still plenty of views and places to grab some Zlahtina wine. We were hoping to find somewhere to sit down for a wine tasting experience, but this wasn't an easy find. We did, however, visit a couple wineries that allow you to taste before you buy.

SUPER DISAPPOINTED

The "tour" has been a complete failure and disappointment .

Yesterday afternoon we booked a sup tour in Silo area for today for a price of 49 euro per person.

Later in the night ,someone of the staff texted me on WhatsApp that because of the wind, the tour would have been cancelled but offered us to take part to another similar tour in the Vbrnik area to pink beach changing time of departure from afternoon to the very same morning.
We accepted and we came in vbrnik where we met Jakub our guide.

The day was pretty windy but we aired up our sup and went to the beach.
After a little practice paddling around a small area the guide said it was too windy to start the tour, then he said the group wasn't strong enough and decided to stay where we practiced.

In the end ,me and my wife spent 100 euros to paddle in a very small and crowded area for an hour and a half.
We could have rent a couple of boards everywhere for a third of the price.

It would have been smart and appreciated more professional attitude cancelling the tour and refunding the participants.

Despite the disappointing experience, i want to mention that Jakub the guide, was very kind

I was there for 4 days, it's a tranquil quiet place, ideal for people who want to relax.
The area is, like Croatia in general, very hilly, but you can also find corners where you could think how lucky people are to be able to live here!

The village is a must see. The sight was beautiful and some houses are very old. The only thing i missed was some souvenirs beside olive oil and other food, like magnets etcetera.

Perhaps we expected too much - the town is indeed nice, quaint, and there is the allegedly narrowest passafe in the world, but next time we'd give it a pass. If you are on Krk island, it's worth checking it out if you have some extra time for the nice panorama of the town with the towering church tower, and there is a miniature secluded rocky beach if you want a swim, but it's rather a go-through than a stay-in.

On our way from Pula to Krk, we visited this beautiful little town. Nice to walk around and have a drink. The smallest street in the world is funny to see!

Located on Krk west coast it is one of the oldest settlement on the island. You will need around one hour to have a look at all the places of interest around the village. Some of the spots located mostly around either of 2 churches will offer a beautiful view of the sea and Croatian mainland. Would definitely recommend visiting even on a rainy day!
