The Church of St. Barbara is very old and beautiful. Sadly, it’s easy miss it (regardless it's nearby the main square) due to the fact that the square itself is totally dominated by the splendid Cathedral of St. Lawrence. The Church of St. Barbara is located in a quiet corner well kept. It has been restored for long time. Its... More

There's not much to this church which is just southeast of the main square. A quick peek and you're done (not worth a detour if you're short on time).

Especially interesting is the lintel that has an inscription and is decorated with a cable molding with vine... More

You've got to visit this little church! It' something totally different than any else. Without any paintings or statues! The acoustics here is just crazy.

A beautiful simple small church just off the main square. If you are lucky you may be treated to a short concert by a quartet singing traditional Dalmation folk songs. The sound was amazing!

Sited on the street of Gradska ulica just off the main square, this 11th century church has a plain but bright interior, the roof supported by ancient columns.Very quiet and peaceful.
