The Cathedral of St. Lawrence or Katedrala sv. Lovre is a famous cathedral from the 13th century with Romanesque-Gothic architecture. It is located on Trg Ivana Pavla II in the heart of the old town of Trogir. The entrance fee is €5, but this includes the bell tower, which is accessible via stairs and from which you have a great view. It is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The main portal is the famous and worth seeing "Radovan's Portal".

The Cathedral and Tower combined ticket of €5 is worth paying. The tower is quite an exciting climb ! It was very windy at the top but the views over the town were lovely. Take a look down the central hole from the top ! The Cathedral is very ornate for a small town.

Cathedral that blends perfectly with the environment of Trogir Square. It is very well preserved like the Trogir set. Its door is beautiful, the work done on it is impressive. I regret that this place like most religious buildings in Croatia is paying. But otherwise, it really is a place to see and visit.

The Cathedral of St. Lawrence occupies the leading place among all the churches of Trogir for various reasons. One of them, its architectural and artistic wealth. Besides, because entering this iconic church and climbing the bell tower offers the best view possible of the whole city. The Venetian cathedral has three ships. It's one of the best Croatian architectural works, built from the 13th to 15th centuries. In this building blend the stereotypes of Romanesque, Gothic, Renaissance and until baroque. Cathedral very well preserved. St. Lawrence Cathedral is one of the most prominent monuments in the city of Trogir (Croatia). Its construction began in the vicinity of 1200 and was completely completed in 1589. It presents all architectural styles. The jewel of the shrine, the western front page, was sculpted from 1240 by Radovan with an incredible wealth of detail.

I could not enter because there was a marriage. which was more interesting even than entering. I saw it from the outside. very nice. outside is also a nice construction. I liked in the whole with the square. trogir is a nice walk through the day from split.

The Saint Lawrence Cathedral represent a definetively must do thing în Trogir. The church has beautiful icons, like The Baptist of Lord Jesus, statues, an interesting pew and a room with ancient religious goods of church. The view from the bell tower is magnific. You will admire landscapes of Trogir that will amaze you. The old medieval city with roofs white and red colored next to the adriatic sea, sparkling in the light of the sun will remain for sure în your memory!

Very nice cathedral with a beautiful door. But the best part remains on the 1st floor where you can contemplate the square and alleys of Trogir. For 5 euros, this is suitable, however there are few explanations (especially on the symbols present on the door). It's a shame.
