We visit the butterfly gardens every time we are in Roatan. Jose is passionate about the butterflies and always gives us a very fun and informative tour. The place is small but its worth a visit. We love the Kinkajou and the agouti there.
This place is a nice alternative to a zoo. The animals live in their natural habitat, but people are also safe. The butterfly exhibit is amazing!! The staff is very knowledgeable on every animal. Would visit again!

This was another highlight of our excursion!! Lots of animals, birds flora and fauna. Great tour guide. Monkeys running loose were adorable and harmless. We got to hold a Macaw. Learned a lot about butterflies as well!!
