On rainy days is easy to get lost around the center of town.Just do it ! No needs for google maps or selfies, enjoy the now and here...

If you are a history buff then you must visit the Fontainhas Panjim, It has all old Portuguese Villas and houses. Best place to visit and stay is WelcomHeritage Panjim Inn, WelcomHeritage Panjim Pousada and WelcomHeritage Panjim Peoples. Must visit.

Fontainhas is a beautiful heritage area in Panjim with some very well preserved old buildings,streets with shops that give the whole surroundings a vintage old European charming looks ! Well worth going around for some famous restaurants & shops.

A walk through Fontainhas is an absolute must in my opinion if you want a complete Goa experience. The colourful buildings, the architecture, the general feel of the place satisfies the senses.

A walk along the Fontainhas area is must recommended. This has the old Portuguese houses and most of them are very well restored. Just walk around soaking in the beauties of these old world houses - you can spend a good 3-4 hours here.
