This temple is in kauvale village of south goa. It is said that the local people dreamt goddess saying the she is here in form of an idol. Next day when people dug the site up they found the idol which is worshipped in temple....More

Shanta Durga temple is located around 30 kms away from Panaji. Goddess shantadurga said to have done to role of mediator between lord Vishnu and lord Shiva. This temple is around 450 years old temple. A peaceful place worth visiting at least once.

The temple is dedicated to Shantadurga, the goddess who mediates between Vishnu and Shiva. It is located in Ponda. The temple is around 450 years old.

We visited 2 times in Goa & descovered every places but i like to tell you friends this temple really something mixture about peace & bless . it's touch your soul. structurally it's so impressive.must visit & feeling bless.

The Shantadurga Temple is a beautiful building, situated near Ponda... Allows even non Hindus to visit, it was nice to look around and see a different religion and learn a bit about it. A truely lovely temple and recommend everyone to visit this temple.

Shree shantadurga temple is near Panjim...It's a lord Shiva temple...u will get many shop outside the temple selling Pooja stuff and clothes
