If you are lucky you may spot some Bisons. I ran there for 3 consecutive days and during one of my runs i spotted a few Bisons. If you are a runner, then its a nice place to run in the woods, its a 7km trail one way.

Lush green on both sides of the road and at the end of the sanctuary you will find a 13th century old temple.

5 star........ Dudhsagar was awesome. Worth going.... It's a pleasure to swim at the Base of dudhsagar waterfalls since they provide life jackets as well. The road to jungle is a thrilling experience. We need to take their prescribed Vehicles and jeep for this excursion.

We visited Bhagwan Mahavir Wildlife Sanctuary during February 2016 with a specific focus on birding. We were quite happy with the variety for both flora and fauna in the sanctuary. Definitely a must visit for all nature and wildlife lovers.
