One of the oldest zoo in the state. Main attraction of people coming in Junagadh, where you can find rare species of birds and animals, fish, hippo, wild beast, white tiger etc....

Sakkarbaug Zoo is on the outskirts of Junagadh town, covering fairly large area, good collection of fauna, they have a safari bus ride for a fee but this runs only when minimum 20 tourists are available.

Sakkar Baug is the best zoo in terms of area... variety of animals and birds .. cleanliness ... it's required about 3 hours to visit complete zoo.. there is historical museum in the zoo. Aquarium and safari park.. must visit
