Took 3 hours to enter, but worth the stress, peaceful. Try visiting twice, to see the Night view and Day view both, night view is totally glittery! Tempio d'Oro or Har Mandir Sahib both are same.

Beyond comprehension, so beautiful, so clean, so impressive. The langar is so well organized and well done. The water is so clean, and the atmosphere so friendly despite the massive crowds. Kudos to the organizers.

Tempio d'Oro or Har Mandir Sahib is a blissful place. The lake the golden color and the kirtan from the gurudwara gives you peace of mind that you have never experienced everywhere.

Its hard to imagine how such a popular place could be meditative but the whole experience is very well organized and never did we feel rushed or crowded. Even waiting in line to walk into the temple in line was orderly. There is plenty of room to sit along edge of pool and contemplate your surroundings. Upon entering the temple... More
