Visited here by car. At the ticket booth, a guide approached me, and hired him. Took 2 hours to look around. Enjoyed a lot. Historical monuments look more attractive by understanding the history and stories behind. Thank you, Harish.

This is a glorious fort , perhaps one of the most majestic ones. What are left is ruins in many places but that doesn't take away the sense of history, valour and beauty associated with this place. This is a huge fort, with multiple attractions...More

Its a huge fort . The insides of the fort are accessible by a vehicle. Its famous for its history - the Rajput queen along with other ladies refused to surrender to the Mughal invader , instead preffered to die by burning themselves in fire.

I would recommend Rajashthan Four Wheel Drive to provide guides and driver services for Rajasthan . We went Udaipur to Jaipur to Agra to Delhi. See my Trip Advisor review.
Hi. Is Cittaurgarh Fort open on Saturday and what are the timings ? How much time is required to see all the attractions? How to reach the fort from bus-stand and fare of transport? Is there any place nearby, that we can visit apart from this fort area? We only have one full day. Thanks
