Only saw this from the boat trip we went on but it looked wonderful and we wished we'd had time to get back and see it!

Beautiful church that can be seen along a river cruise. It doesn’t really fit in with the historic Thai ruins, but is well maintained and interesting to see.

It's the first church in Ayutthaya era. The church is so beautiful with yellow color. It's near the river. In the sunset time, It's so beautiful and warming. There're sheep too!

It rather stands out like a sore thumb, architecturally, so you won't miss it. It was not in The Rough Guide so I assumed it would not be open. Worth checking before you set off if interested.

Even if you're not into Thai or Portuguese history, this is a beautiful place to visit. It's a catholic church, so the decorations are plenty and rich. There's a nice garden with a lotus pond and statues outside next to the water, plus a cemetery...More

Amazing that this church survived the old time war and had been restored nicely. Love the yellow colour of the building and the architecture of it.

This place is popular with locals. Went on Sunday and you couldn't sit or almost enter. It was worth seeing. They have a nice outside area. It also edges the river. Beautiful!

Came across this church after visiting all the ruins of palaces and temples. A change of sight, beautiful old church since 1666. It was also the shelter for the Siamese people during the 2nd ayutthaya- Burmese war
