Took the tourist boat up river .....nicer than being in a taxi in the chocker block streets of Bangkok. Not expensive and you can get the locals boats that are a lot cheaper but no commentary .

My tour start from the hotel, bus up to Ayutthaya with a stop at a big garden with many excellent houses. Then cruise back to BKK in the afternoon down the river.
