I do yoga here every morning at Sunny's yoga over looking this very pretty bay. Like all of the west coast the water is shallow in May. Good for a dip but not swimming.

We were staying just a few minutes from this beach. It was everything you could want from an island holiday.

You can't really swim here so, as far as I'm concerned not a great beach, pretty but, pretty impractical.

This part of Ko Phangan is so relaxed and beautiful you must go. There are numerous restaurants along the beach. Art Cafe is a groovy vegan restaurant; Pirate club is a bar at the end of the beach - all worth a visit

Not very wide beach but it's really quiet with amazing sunsets everyday. Nevertheless you have the heaven bar and the pirates bar if you want to go for a drink or more.
