Looked all over for a place to settle and train for 3 weeks and after reading reviews and looking at pictures this was the winner. I was very happy about my choice. I needed s good weights section as well as the Muay Thai .. both have been great. Everything I need and the trainers are brilliant. Classes are fun/skilled... More

After days on the beach living the easy life, a visit to this gym was great for reinvigoration. I visited for the fitness centre, not the Muay Thai training. The gym is very well equipped for an island gym and has a good range of free weights, machine weights and cardio. They encourage good gym etiquette like using towels, sterilising... More

Only gum I could find with proper weightlifting bars and weights. No air con, but if you just lean into it you'll get used to it. And stand in front of one of the massive fans between sets. Also bonus of there being kittens just hanging out in the gym. They also sell protein powder and pre workout but no... More

Did a single muay thai session here on my last day in koh phangan. My friend and i had one trainer each ans it was obvious that they are experienced in their field. I'm not in the position to say if the technique etc they teach is good, but we definitely had a good introduction to the sport, leaving us... More

Please bear-in-mind that I trained here 4 times only for fitness and pumping iron, not for any muay thai boxing training. I saw others doing the 1-on-1 muay thai boxing training and it looked pretty high quality however my review is the point of view from someone who just wants a good work-out with free weights and a couple machines.... Over the course of multiple trips to Thailand I've visited different gyms, but Chorenrit Muay Thai is my favorite by far! A few weeks ago I trained at the gym again after a first visit 2 years before and I enjoyed it very much. The student/trainer ratio is great and they really care about your progress. They do a great... More

I stayed in Koh Phangan for two weeks and trained at this gym twice a day everyday. Using the weights room in the morning and training Muay Thai classes in the evenings. The 2 hour classes generally followed the same format: 20 minutes warm up of skipping, group stretch, 4 rounds of shadow boxing then bag work followed by either... More
