It's better to visit it in the afternoon: less crowded. In the morning all the diving schools have a pit stop there. Visited it together with a group as part of a combined trip. We did 30 min snorkeling, then hopped onto the beach for...More

We had a crazy excursion with Bob sailing booze cruise, on a sailing boat (they have also speed boats). almost 15 people on the boat, you will make a tour of Maya Bay during 6 hours, with many activities : cliff jumping, monkeys feeding, snorkelling...More

What can I say, the most boring uninspiring trip we have done. We did snorkeling in Maya Bay for 30 mins only, then onto Phi Phi Island, for a 50 minute lunch and a very quick look around. Travelled to Monkey Beach a total of...More

There is a wealth of activities and sites to take in on and around Phi Phi Le, snorkelling, climbing, bird watching, viking cave, Pileh lagoon, Loh Se Mah bay, Phalong bay and of course 'The Beach' Maya Bay - not to be missed.

We arrived via long boat at 9am and there were only about 5 long boats on site so the bay was quiet and soooo beautiful!

This is the only way to see Ko Phi Phi Le -- the tour takes you in the evening so you miss the massive crowds that usually hoard Maya Bay, and you get to sleep there and enjoy the islands quiet beauty, and then wake...More

The island is beautiful, and if someone hasn't seen any other islands, it really is a site to see. Swimming in the lagoons were amazing, and the sand on maya beach is wonderful, and water is warm and welcoming. What's truly sad though, is that...More

Amazing aesthetics but too crowded for people looking for a daytime trek or getaway. Must see but don't plan to stay long

There are half day/full day trips to almost all nearby attractions from Railay. So any place you choose to visit shouldn't be a problem

I agree with everyone else. We stayed on Phi Phi and it was a big mistake! So much better would have been a day trip.
