Although closed currently by the Thai government to allow coral to grow, we were still able to snorkel in waters off Maya bay, the water is exceptional and can see some great sealife

This is an amazing place even though it’s closed this period from the authorities. We reached it with a yacht but from some distance. I think what makes it more intersting as a hot spot is the movie “the beach”.

As I know it is closed at moment for enviromental and protection reasons
