The vision of 50 Elephants parading with the Royal Army on there backs threw the Royal grounds and Palace and Wats. Nothin like this in this grand scale in Thailand. This is a must see!

Although human habitation of Lop Buri goes back to prehistory, it was the King of Ayuthaya, Narai the Great (1633-1688), who put it on the map. By this time, Lop Buri was a vassal principality of Ayutthaya, and King Narai built a summer palace here....More

This place is situated 800 meters from the Palm Resort, outside from the City. This attraction will take you around 20 min than you have seen everything.

The palace complex is big in the middle of city centre, few buildings converted to museums which contained lots of old artefacts. Another museum displays the history of king Narai. Went during near midday, the aircond is a good escape from the hot sunny day....More
