Travelled across this when exiting Laos. Easy to navigate. Lots of "helpful" people as you exit Laos who want you on their bus. Travel across is very quick and entering Bangkok is easy.

If you are visiting this for tourism then one can walk from laos side on foot till about half way. It has a separate path for walkers. Only worth it if you are in the area.

It is very quick and convenient as well as pleasant trip to use this Friendship Bridge to travel to Nongkhai. Crossing with the train at 5:30pm is also nice to admire the sunset !!!

Easy transfer, the bus is 15bht to thailand and 20bht back. Very small waiting times and ques were pretty decent.
