Beautiful.

Ornate and very large Cathedral. A couple minutes walk from the Palace. A popular place for tourists and locals.

It's a very beautiful metropolis. I been just right after Christmas so they still had the amazingly beautiful Christmas tree inside. Very pretty.

The Cathedral is quite nice, being refurbished at the moment, with a lot of connected buildings and walking areas. It holds one of the most important religious relics in Romania, those of Saint Parascheva.

We were in Iasi on the weekend of the Patron Saint of Romania. The Cathedral draws many pilgrims and worshippers. There was a small fair and everyone brought bouquets of autumn flowers to the priests. The Romanian Orthodox Religion is strong and the experience was moving and interesting.

If you know something about Moldavian history and Orthodox relegion, then it's a place you should visit. Beside the impressive architecture and the dimension of this building, you will find a place to relax, to pray and to enjoy a spiritual moment. It is also the place where Saint Parascheva relics are. In this period there are some restoration workings,... More

Very nice and clean architecture of thr cathedral andthe buildings around it. They have renovated most of the them in 2015 and 2016. The cathedral is still in service. In my opinion, the outside is more interesting then the inside.

It is a very nice place, even it has not the common orthodox look for a cathedral. Its architecture has a more a "Catholic" look due to its renaissance revival style.

The architecture, pictures and atmosphere will give a relaxing experience. Rather crowded during Sundays and Holidays, still worth to listen the ceremonial.
