    Too expensive for the value
I expected the vinyard tour better. But it was only a bit talk in the bunker where they stored and age the red wine. and for€15 we tasted 3 wine and 3 small amouse bouche. I was hoping to see the vinyard and better tasting wine. You can but their wine in the store. So maybe if I have a car I would visit smaller winery instead of wine corporation. I didn’t have a car so I took the taxi and the guide called one for me after the tour( it’s about €7 by meter)

    Really enjoyed our visit
Lovely place to visit, very interesting and the wine was great. The host told us about the history of the vineyard and told us about the different wines we tasted. We bought wine from their shop which was really good value.

Must Do Wine Tour and Tasting
We did the tour with wine tasking and would strongly recommend as we had such a great time. Tried 5 different wines as well as their olive oil. Very good value for money and a memorable experience in such an amazing venue (almost like something out of a Bond movie). The Sommelier was also very knowledgable and was as tasty as the wine. Would visit again and recommend you buy some of their wine and Rakia here or in one of the local shops as it is double the price in the airport.

This was a delight! Being in the heart of a biggest vineyard in Europe is such a thrilling experince. Wines and cellar are AMAZING! The quality you get for the price couldn’t be better. It is a must visit in Podgorica.

We took the tour of 3 wines and bruschetta. We had a great time and the wines were very good. The place is beautiful, and the tour guide was so welcoming and explained everything with much patience and knowledge. We came a bit late so we missed the beginning of the tour, and after the group finished, he stayed with us and completed that part just for us. Highly recommend!

The place is very interesting. The wine is average . We took the fancy package for 22 € per person and got a miserable plate .. they said it containes Montenegrin tapas and it was few cheeses with dry old bread . If you go there take the 12€ and even that is pricey for what you get.

We went to visit the Plantaze Vineyard yesterday and could not recommend it enough. Our tour guide, Jovana, was wonderful and had the perfect blend of knowledge and friendliness. If you get the chance to go, make sure you get the food and wine package to get the true Montenegrin experience.

A fantastic trip and well worth it. A short taxi ride from central Podgorica. We went on a tour with a very well informed guide who showed us the wine cellar (in an old aircraft hanger). Talked us through the vineyards, wine maturation process and then talked us through the 3 wines we sampled, accompanied by some Montenegrin snacks. Really enjoyable visit.

We visited Plantaze Vineyard in June 2021 and it was an unforgettable experience - well worth a visit whilst staying in Podgorica.

Our host/guide/connoisseur's name was Boyun - a very friendly and extremely knowledgeable chap who really enriched our experience.

We opted for the tour of the cellar - which dates back to the Cold War and was previously used to store airplanes away from the NATO bombings of the 90s.

Boyun walked us through the history of the cellar, explaining why each of the wines are kept the way they are, and giving us some really interesting insights into the heritage of the Plantaze business.

After the tour, we moved to the tasting room - which appears more akin to a military strategy outpost, which really creates a unique experience within itself.

If you plan to do the tasting but have a hire car, I advise you to take a cab instead - the glasses are generous, and you'll likely be wanting to stay for more!

Thank you Boyun for your warm hospitality & expertise - and Plantaze for the fantastic wine we'll be repatriating with us to the UK!

Great experience! Bojan was very knowledgable and generous with the tastings. It’s a bit chilly in the cellar so bring a jacket!
