I would not climb up there when there is mist because the building itself (under construction) is not worth it. The (short) climb is nice and brings you past a strangly locked up church.

The views are amazing, but it is a long, steep climb up the trail. The fortress is an impressive structure, but, there isn't much more up there besides the view.
