As part of a snorkeling/touring trip we stopped on Zapallitas and were blown away by the beautiful beaches and clear water. Be careful of the current but otherwise enjoy!

I love this place. When we planned our trip to Panama we never heard before about Bocas or Bastimentos Island. Bastimentos has the most beautiful and conserved beaches in Bocas. This is thanks to their location. Only Red Frog beach is constructed and has some...More

My boyfriend and I loved Isla Bastimentos. There is so much great wildlife to see and many interesting caves. We went two separate days with two separate tours because the Island is the biggest of the archipelago and takes time to see it all. We...More

Wow beautiful boat ride to the island. It's $10 pp. We walked around whole island on the outside/surf side. It's breathetaking . Sad thing is no garabge cans for trash. Wished there was a little tiki for refreshments!

The usual fare to Zapatillas, Cayo Coral, etc. is $10. I found a nice man who owns a boat, and for picking us us at Almirante Port and transporting us to Isla Colon and back, he charged $15. So that must the usual cost.
