I learned about the Peach Park several years ago from a colleague. We stopped in for lunch after a meeting in Montgomery. I thought they would have fruit and perhaps a limited snack bar, but found was surprised to learn that they have a really good selection of pies, cobblers, pound cakes and probably the best BBQ chicken I have... Peach Park is an iconic stop off of I-65(exit 205). It is open during warmer months and usually has a variety of fresh produce from the area. They also offer BBQ and ice cream (which, while no longer homemade, is still a necessity.) While prices are not necessarily cheap, they are reasonable. Best to stop in here when peaches are... More

This place was awesome, big area that kids could run around, small pond, park, trails. The food was not great but if this was a stop for rest while traveling it would be adequate. Ice cream was good and peach cobbler very sweet, recommend getting some ice cream to tame the sweetness. The peaches and fruits were good quality and... More

We had a walk around the park after having ice ream at the restaurant, there is a small model lighthouse with a waterfall around a pound. There is also an old caboose car and plenty of items for the kids to play on. There is also a trailer park.

We take our grandchildren to the beach each spring and Peach Park is always on the agenda. Something the kids really get excited about! (and the grown ups, too)

Carrying in the family tradition. We have stopped at this place every beach trip for decades. The ice cream and pies are wonderful. I highly recommend stopping and trying it for yourself.

A friend from Huntsville suggested we stop in Clanton for peach ice cream on our way from Michigan to Florida for spring break. We didn't have time on the way down but decided it would be a good place to stop on our way back. She also sent us an article comparing peach Park with another local peach business. We... More

I never miss stopping at Peach Park when traveling I65. It's exit 205 in Clanton, AL and you must look for the busy parking lot and green roof that says "Peach Park". The pimento cheese sandwich is a must as is the blackberry cobbler with ice cream. If you're in the market for fresh fruit, this is the place! I... More
