Great architecture

Amazing building on the outside. Inside, accepting of all faiths so silent meditation is the only form of prayer permitted.

it's a worthwhile visit, especially to see the care they have for living beings, namely the pigeons...

Impressive sight of the great Buddah especially at dusk. This added a certain type of mysteriousness to the origins of the temple

It should be part of itinerary of someone visiting Delhi. - Spread out on a big area - Very peaceful place - Good in case you like to meditate - Prayer services are held at 10:00am, 12:00pm, 3:00pm and 5:00pm in the Prayer Hall. Normally a prayer duration would be 5-10 mins - Duration of trip would be about 30-40... More

It's not a Jain temple - it's the Bahai house of worship, built in 1986

There are so many religions in India. This temple belongs to Jain religion. Nice and clean worship place with a lot of peace. Here they treat sick and wounded birds also. Amazing sense of service towards the animals. Superb

Jain temple is in Old Delhi at Chandani Chowk which because of indisciplined traffic and filth for approaching has been rated low. Else, all Jain temples are very clean inside and it is always a pleasure to visit those. One automatically start thinking about the almighty when you visit any Jain Temple. Bahai's temple is a beautiful place to visit.... More

We loved this temple- it is quite different than Hindu temples. We also enjoyed visiting the bird hospital that is built on the grounds. Injured birds from all over Delhi are brought to the temple to be rehabilitated.
