Very crowded and dynamic in the evening. Everybody takes selfie with the gate. Huge construction and iconic.

India Gate itself is worth seeing. Getting there and having parking is not enjoyable. It is crowded and dirty, with hawkers pestering you constantly. Allow 20 minutes to enjoy this monument.

Built for the memories of soldiers died during WW2 fighting for allies. Also the same monument is rememebered for Indian soldiers fought during recent wars too. You should feel and respect martyr when you visit.

I was honored to visit this place for the first time in my life. I can never forget that. We had a super time in the chilly delhi morning at India gate. Magnificient infrastructure. I loved every moment we spent here.
