The last leg of climbing the hill you are asked to hire a local taxi which charges you Rs.320 for the trip, however, noticed plenty of private and local cars near the temple. Once you are there you are strongly advised to protect your eyewear, preferably remove the same and asked to be careful about any food in your hands.... More

It is temple of Bajrangbali. There is a huge statue (108 ft) of Bajrangbali. The temple is a nice quiet place for worshippers as well as peace lovers. You have to climb a number of steps or a sloping path to reach the temple which is common for most temples in the hills. But be aware of monkeys. They snatch... More

In fact anything they can get their fast and agile little hands on. The only way to recover an item is patience and bribing them with... More

But after reaching the temple, keep all your belongings in tight hold or the monkeys will snatch them from you. The temple is a very quite and beautiful... More

Very peaceful and serene place. A must visit place in Shimla. It is a good 500-600m steep trek to the temple. Beware of the monkeys and take care of your belongings.
